I must conclude that Paypal employees are all machines. All this time they only gave me automated replies which refuses to remove the limitatiuon on my account for one reason, fake name. I was paranoid on giving out my information so I used a fake name on Paypal, a name which is obviously can't be a real name, and they don't allow me to withdraw my money because my name is different from my ID and I tried to change it several time and they still refused. I was under the impression that they expect me to give them an ID with the name "Raindrops" which is obviously not a real name. A normal human being would know that "Raindrops" is not a real name and will accept the name change but not paypal robots.
Thus, I'm still unable to buy a new laptop as I am for months now. I can only draw mangas for now.
Speaking of mangas, I have completed the 1st chapter for Valentine's manga. It will be set 52 years before the game. I will buy a scanner so I can publish it soon. I hope you'll like it. :D
I feel sorry for you having to fight stupid paypal for your money. But I hope that situation will resolve favourably and we'll see soon next version of your great game. Good luck!

ReplyDeletei tried calling their customer service once but they don't even bother noticing my call until i spent all my credits. i might try calling them again.
DeleteCan you register and validate your credit card (if you own one with the credit function enabled that is) to your paypal account where the funds are? If yes then it should be possible to use it to verify your identity and maybe even transfer the funds straight through the card into your account.
ReplyDeletecurrent problem is name mismatch between account and id card name. they dont allow any money out as long as i dont give them id card with the name raindrops. yea its my mistake to use fake name but they should have human out there who would notice this problem.
DeleteWhy not go direct to PayPal and speak with them. Some money for taxi is not as big as the money from donation.
